HABENDUM CLAUSE
A provision in a deed to real property that stipulates the estate or interest
the grantee is to receive and the type of title conveyed.

One individual, or a group of individuals living in one dwelling unit.
HYPOTHECATE
To pledge real or personal property as security for a debt or obligation without
giving up possession of the property. |
